Dr Tan brings to the table years of valuable training, experience and expertise in the domain of obstetrics and gynaecology. His practice offers a comprehensive suite of obstetrical and gynaecological services for women of all ages, employing proven and state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic techniques. Dr. Tan was a Senior Consultant at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Singapore General Hospital (SGH). Besides providing care for pregnant women as well as general gynaecological services, Dr Tan has a special interest in the field of urogynaecology, a sub-specialty dedicated to the treatment of women with female pelvic floor disorders such as post-natal (post-pregnancy) or post-menopausal womb prolapse and female urinary incontinence (involuntary urinary leakage).
Dr Tan has also carried over his professional experience into teaching medical students, resident physicians, visiting fellows and nursing staff alike. Owing to his glowing resume and sterling reputation, Dr Tan has been the proud recipient of awards such as Singapore Health Quality Service Award, SingHealth Excellence Award and the SGH Service with a Heart Award.
